Company has changed a lot over last 4 years. High levels of attrition across most departments especially sales and channel. Small % of AE’s hit target. Good platform but Microsoft strong in EMEA for workforce identity. Say they have a channel strategy but they don’t, global head of channel, EMEA head of channel and 90% of the team resigned within the last few months.

Okta has hired and laid off 5% of their staff for the last 2 consecutive years. They also started forcing people back into the office.

Overall good - quotas are high and somewhat unachievable. Tech is a great fit but expensive
