But due to pay, politics and the economy more then 75% of Auth0 sellers jumped ship after the first year. As someone who stayed nothing has changed in year 2 going on 3. A mid-3 is a fair rating compared to being at Auth0 and other SaaS companies.

The organisation has a lot of sales enablement, so there was always opportunity for continuous learning, spoke to a lot of successful SDR’s & AE’s to find out more about their own operating systems, and had access to useful information.
