Obsidian had a very interesting product but are failing at the leadership level on GTM. Their CEO is a Stanford MBA who has never sold to a client base like his reps are tasked with, so there is a lot of micro management and focus on bottom of the funnel activities. Considering they are trying to drive a new story into a new sector, this is gross mismanagement of sales focus.
