I don't recommend to work for Nutanix even if the OTE seems high, what good is a high variable OTE if you can't sell the product because it cannot compete.

Current Employee3.3Jun 20, 2023Nutanix has a great product and very loyal customers. It is not the easiest sale though as it is quite technical. Leadership hasn’t been able to make the tough decisions in a while and our success seems to be ins spite of ourselves at times. They are easy fixes, but we’ve been going in the wrong direction for a while now
