Overall my experience was not great. Leadership was a revloving door which meant vision and strategy were alwat changing and it was never communicated. Internal channel consistently served as road blocks for the sales team. I thought I was joining a company with good culture but I was severely mistaken.

Overall experience was great at Nintex. The pay wasn't great compared to the market but the people were awesome. There has been a lot of chance in the last 12 months or so but strongly believe there is a strong leadership in place. Just taking some time to get everything rebuilt for larger future growth.
