Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Stay far away. While its growth was always by acquisitions, it has failed to adapt to the market with legacy software approach. The new corps of VPs has already demonstrated ineptitude at basic marketing (months to create a one pager that's then inaccurate), operations (no approvable comp plans six months into the FY, SKUs changing definitions or missing entirely), enablement (onboarding is years-old powerpoint decks), and more leading to leadership consistently pressing its people to demonstrate value instead of generating any themselves. Reps beg for guidance and strategic support but instead get daily shakedowns begging to find pipeline/closes that don't exist.
Sales has plummeted between the above challenges and significant attrition that continues between reps realizing they're underpaid versus peers. Refuse to use their own products to support reps, tools that are supposed to be best in class for workflow automation and integrating with Salesforce are forsaken for Excel Spreadsheets emailed out.
Clearly company positioned to get sold but has now fallen through with poor performance and is scrambling amidst cost cutting that has offshored majority of support both external and internal. Recent higher sales leadership including CRO either resigned or fired from HR issues. Browse Other Reviews
