Nintex is focussed on cutting costs. Clear and defined roles have become unclear and most products do not align to the market in the real world.

My overall experience is that comps range across the board. When people talk and realize they make substantially less, they leave. revolving door constantly. Used to be a place people stayed, but leadership changed and so did morale and culture.
