Pros:
Amazing co-workers, sincerely some of the nicest folks I've met in my professional career
Great managers, they truly want to see you succeed and will help you get there
Free lunch always a pro in an expensive city
Cons:
Terrible Sales leadership: From stripping away WFH Days after they said it was temporary, and now must be earned. to raising KPI's without giving us more accounts to manage, and having to redial and recontact people who have already given hard no's just to hit a number burns bridges with companies, and I think it could be managed better if given more accounts.
The quota on internal outbound is unattainable; the only good months here are when you are ramping; doing the math on a good month, we had a 3% quota attainment rate in IIT, which is terrible.
Come here if you want to gain experience in sales, and work with a fantastic product and great sales managers and AE's, but don't be shocked when you don't hit quota outside ramp months Browse Other Reviews
