Nextiva is a growing company that’s defining a new category in CX management. That means a lot of change from the way things were done before and the pace of that change is unlike anything else. The company understands it’s not perfect and change management is a big area of opportunity. The people care and they are committed to making things better. There’s not another team I would want to do this work with and I know we will create something much better!

Horrible leadership (frequently changed at all levels). Very clique'ish (reps and management with seniority unhelpful & seek to discourage those succeeding at faster rates).
