New Relic has experienced growing pains moving into a consumption model. Although leadership has right sized quota when necessary, it seems leadership is constantly and always "looking for more" instead of celebrating wins. Those that hit quota are not appreciated enough. We'll see how things play with the acquisition.

Going downhill fast. The previous and current leadership have no idea what they're doing. Unbelievable high churn, most everyone is handling 2 to 3 roles for the same or less pay than before.

The last year at NR was probably the absolute worst year in my professional career. Between the layoffs, acquisition, biased comp plan, the lies, the weak management the beautiful company was burnt to a crisp
