Current Employee3.0Feb 14, 2024Good people. Leadership needs a lot of improvement and strategy is unclear.
Former Employee4.4Sep 18, 2023Sales org and GTM strategy are constantly changing, which made it difficult to perform consistently. These ratings would be much lower now, as the company has been forced to scale back a lot of it's more generous comp policies. I'd rate them closer to a 3.8 or 4 stars. They just got acquired by a PE firm, so we'll see what changes follow.

Former Employee2.6May 23, 2024New Relic company culture has plummeted over the last few years They launched several very bad comp plans with less than 30% of reps hitting quota. This had to do with baking in known DG into there patch
