Great leadership was at the very top. Founder and CEO was amazing. Comp plans were good (not great) but the deal desk and sales ops org were both broken and inefficient.

Overall experience was good until after the acquisition where changes happened daily without any communication. Since the start of the fiscal year no one has any clue what they are doing and it seems like everyone is wandering aimless waiting on leadership to provide direction.
