Current Employee2.3Jul 19, 2023New Relic has got to be the most dysfunctional company I have ever worked for. Ever since last late 2022 the company totally lost sight of what makes people tick. It is the absolute worst incentive structure I have ever seen and a senior management that is oblivious to reality.

Former Employee2.1Jan 31, 2025After the PE takeover, New Relic rapidly lost it's market focus and turned into a GTM-focused company. They lagged on current market trends consistently and the tech debt hampered innnovation.

Former Employee3.1Jan 28, 2025Great leadership was at the very top. Founder and CEO was amazing. Comp plans were good (not great) but the deal desk and sales ops org were both broken and inefficient.
