New Relic company culture has plummeted over the last few years They launched several very bad comp plans with less than 30% of reps hitting quota. This had to do with baking in known DG into there patch

After the PE takeover, New Relic rapidly lost it's market focus and turned into a GTM-focused company. They lagged on current market trends consistently and the tech debt hampered innnovation.
