Great SE team with brilliant engineers. The company has been going through a "puberty stage" where they are figuring out who they are. Compensation is incredibly low compared to industry standards, but base pay is of a higher percentage than other organizations. Aggressive acquisitions have led to multiple rounds of layoffs and confusion between teams. Overall I really enjoy working here and would recommend to others.

Training isn’t great, but senior leadership has its head on its shoulders, and the company is very collaborative. So, while training is only a couple of weeks and it’s not great, you can talk to anyone at any level in the sales organization and ask for help. Not a great experience. Poor mans Varonis. Leadership was questionable. Progression didn't exist. Wouldn't recommend.
