My overall experience was that management was nice however they along with the organization have many flaws. Management is more interested in 7.5hrs of meetings per week with sales reps, they bought multiple companies and they need to figure out what market they actually want to play in. Basically they need to decide as a company what they want to be when they grow up. They push you to sell products that are subpar in comparison to leading competitors and they have no training on those products. The sales engineers aren't even trained on all of the products which made call difficult at times due to trying to schedule 3-4 different engineers along with the customers all at the same time.

This organization needs help. Management was not a good fit. They have multiple products and they don't truly know what product is important. Sales is expected to know all products backwards and forwards yet their SE's don't. They hire advising it's not a technical position yet it is and then they find fault if you aren't hitting quota. Netwrix is a growing organization that is trying to find its fit in the market. Marketing is scarce which makes it difficult for brand recognition in the growing and competitive cybersecurity market. Growing pains for a growing company but there is a lot of upside.
