Netwrix is a great place for starting out your sales career or coming back as a manger, I started seeking other opportunities because there is not a lot of internal position changes/room for growth in the in between stages. Good training, work/life balance and managers. Not great culture and the company takes a lot of routes the cheap way. Product is a good fit in the market but there are a lot of other cybersecurity competitors with better brand recognition

Netwrix is a growing organization that is trying to find its fit in the market. Marketing is scarce which makes it difficult for brand recognition in the growing and competitive cybersecurity market. Growing pains for a growing company but there is a lot of upside.
