Netwrix is a growing organization that is trying to find its fit in the market. Marketing is scarce which makes it difficult for brand recognition in the growing and competitive cybersecurity market. Growing pains for a growing company but there is a lot of upside.

Emea org is mismanaged by the US leadership. Sdrs are left to flounder with zero support. The US org is much better though.

This organization needs help. Management was not a good fit. They have multiple products and they don't truly know what product is important. Sales is expected to know all products backwards and forwards yet their SE's don't. They hire advising it's not a technical position yet it is and then they find fault if you aren't hitting quota.
