Training isn’t great, but senior leadership has its head on its shoulders, and the company is very collaborative. So, while training is only a couple of weeks and it’s not great, you can talk to anyone at any level in the sales organization and ask for help. Base pay is in the middle of the pack, commission is okay. The product is solid and BDR quota is fair and realistic.

Great SE team with brilliant engineers. The company has been going through a "puberty stage" where they are figuring out who they are. Not a great experience. Poor mans Varonis. Leadership was questionable. Progression didn't exist. Wouldn't recommend.
