Since being acquired by Oracle, the vision and leadership has been lost. Plus, there is continual attrition on earning potential and ability to overachieve. Oracle does not like reps hitting over 80% quota and does not give pay increases to quota carrying staff. I was a top performer (always in the top 5 for ARR across all EMEA reps) but I was never made to feel valued.

My overall experience was positive at NetSuite. I think the positives are good culture, good leadership. Lots of room for opportunity to grow and the business is expanding providing lots of people the chance to grow with the business. The ERP market is saturated. NetSuite is a high-pressure, sink-or-swim environment. The company is aggressively expanding its sales team, with 120 SDRs already on my floor and more expected. The product is great, but you're expected to perform at a top level from the very first quarter if you want to be considered for promotion.
