You can make a lot of money as a BDR right out of college (compared to other BDR) jobs if you hit your numbers. Numbers are obtainable. Big company so constant changes that are out of control. Tough to move up in the company, the best time to start here would have been about 6 years ago.

Overall, my experience at Oracle was great. I started in the BDR program and they truly believe in promoting from the BDR program. Once promoted you get the opportunity to go into an Account Executive role or Account Management role. I chose the Account Management role and really enjoyed the ramp up into the role.
