My overall experience was positive at NetSuite. I think the positives are good culture, good leadership. Lots of room for opportunity to grow and the business is expanding providing lots of people the chance to grow with the business. The ERP market is saturated. NetSuite Partners do a better job of selling that NetSuite itself. I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking to start their career in tech. Good name to have on your resume and good place to propel you career.

My overall experience was impacted by a sexiest manager. I had the skills to be successful, but was very unlucky and it did not help that my manager wasn't helpful.

Great place to start a career but talent leaves frequently and management doesn't do much to keep good talent in place. Monthly quotas with variable KPIs depending on your leaderships mood. Selling would be much more difficult without the fantastic Solution Consulting org.
