My manager was supposed to hold 225 accounts (all reps are able to claim 225) but when I started, I literally had 0 accounts. The OTE is very tough to hit first year, and top reps sit on accounts for years until they are ready to buy. Top reps make a lot of money in accelerators, definitely lopsided in terms of new reps vs older reps (2+ years) hitting quota. US territory is split in 3 (West, Central, East) and each territory has 40+ reps in each region+vertical. Browse Other Reviews
