Leadership keeps managers in the dark until they roll out massive changes. Everything seems very reactive and there is very little explanation for anything. You get out what you put into this role. There is excellent resources to learn from and leverage throughout the process. However, the promotional structure is super whack. Political, poorly thought out, poorly executed.
