The Account Executive space is fairly oversaturated. Prospecting is the most important aspect of this role, and it seems there are too many reps in each territory.

I had 5 managers over the course of a year, very high turnover in leadership and BDR/AE/AMO roles. I had a team of 12 and only 2 people hit quota consistently. Do not recommend. (also you can ask but they will never tell BDRs that if you don't have high enough quota attainment they just fire you, beware)

My overall experience at Oracle NetSuite has been great. Coming from a Direct BDR role to SMB Account Manager, the transition has been great. Base could be better but OTE is industry standard. BDR to AMO role took 1 and a half years.

Great, lots of opportunity and room for growth. Managers can make or break experience. Same with accounts.
