My overall experience at Oracle NetSuite has been great. Coming from a Direct BDR role to SMB Account Manager, the transition has been great. Base could be better but OTE is industry standard. BDR to AMO role took 1 and a half years.

Great name to have on resume that is priceless. Nice people and can learn a lot. Just extremely difficult to hit quota and just a product that’s not needed in the SMB space. Most successful reps are the ones who know how to steal leads and scheme the system. Hardly any inbounds too.

High turnover, nobody stays. Has changed a lot. If you can grind it out for a few years stay.

Terrible leadership who do not care about your success. The company has gradually gone down hill. More customers are starting to churn due to unethical compliance upgrades and being blindsided at renewal with a minimum 30% YOY uplift
