I had 5 managers over the course of a year, very high turnover in leadership and BDR/AE/AMO roles. I had a team of 12 and only 2 people hit quota consistently. Do not recommend. (also you can ask but they will never tell BDRs that if you don't have high enough quota attainment they just fire you, beware)

Great friends are made, direct managing leadership is great, product is quality but price is pain for many, grey hairs are pushed from my head, proper training for prospecting efficiently and legit cold calling skills are poor, promotion is competitive, quotas are tough to hit, no prorated quotas
