The Chicago location is a melting pot. I recommend no one apply there. There is absolutely no room for growth and the entire office is politics. It doesn’t matter if you hit your numbers as a BDR, if the managers don’t know you or like someone else. You’re screwed on getting promoted. If you’re an AE and you’re not pacing welcome to PIP land. Chicago is shutting down in the near future so you might be out of a job in 3 years. By the way only 3% of emerging reps are hitting quota.

My overall experience was positive at NetSuite. I think the positives are good culture, good leadership. Lots of room for opportunity to grow and the business is expanding providing lots of people the chance to grow with the business. The ERP market is saturated.
