Former Employee2.6Feb 21, 2024Had an overwhelming experience with them from day 1, as there were a complete unrealistic expectations of closing deals, without providing any real product trainings or onboarding, literal cut-throat culture that I would always recommend to avoid, that caused many their mental well being as they suffered from health issues, from how toxic the culture was.

Move the goal post on promotion timeline multiple times in addition to mixed messages in regard to expectations on upward mobility. Highly political environment where people play favorites and very little investment into coaching/development.
