Very poor communication and transparency from leadership. Move the goal post on promotion timeline multiple times in addition to mixed messages in regard to expectations on upward mobility. Highly political environment where people play favorites and very little investment into coaching/development.

ERxperience wasn't terrible, just wasn't a fan of the commission structure. We used to have uncapped commissions and they took that away from us.
