Very poor communication and transparency from leadership. Move the goal post on promotion timeline multiple times in addition to mixed messages in regard to expectations on upward mobility. Highly political environment where people play favorites and very little investment into coaching/development.

NetSuite was a great place to work, and still can be... culture has taken a hit over the last 2-3 years, certainly feels more like a part of Oracle than the first 4-5 years post-acquisition
