Current Employee2.4Dec 11, 2023Experience varies based upon manager. First manager was very good and so was the role. Second manager made the role hell. Comp plan changes just about every quarter- do not expect to get paid out. Expect inconsistency and dishonesty from upper management- pretty standard for corporate. Nothing special here except a fancy name.
