My overall experience has been positive. However, there have been some very difficult quarters in my short tenure, not just for me, but for the entire sales org. Management applies a ton of pressure, and people who don’t perform well over an extended period of time are fired after a short PIP. Less than 5% of reps in my territory hit annual quota. Yes you read that right. If you hit anywhere near your quota, you can make a lot of money, but most don’t.

Moving up through the tiers of account management is often not worth the increase in base pay when it relates to the amount of additional quota. Many elect to turn down promotions as they make more money exceeding quota goals in lower tiers than having a higher, less attainable quota when the average deal size remains the same.

good experience , netsuite is fun to work at but a total grind... can make a lot of money if you are successful . but very hard to hit quota
