Good place to start as an SDR - large hiring class with decent training program and tons of opportunity to network. Solid product that’s been around forever that most prospects have already heard of. Inconsistent promotion structure - no clear metrics to hit to get promoted to ae just kind of whenever they feel like promoting you. Constant changes to the sales org and commission structure. Lots of rules added and changed around ROE every quarter Average or slightly below for compensation

Good leadership and people that work for NetSuite. Overall good pay and opportunity to make a lot of money.

Overall experience was positive, but there is much much better out there. The bad part is quota is extremely unrealistic and less than 5% of reps hit. But on the flip side, there really isn’t an expectation to hit quota and it is hard to get fired/put on a pip.
