Horrible place to work. Terrible culture, feels like college 2.0, bad leadership, no training, low quota attainment, and be prepared to run the entire sales cycle on your own without any support. Stay away! There is a reason why this company has such low retention rate.

The Chicago location is a melting pot. I recommend no one apply there. There is absolutely no room for growth and the entire office is politics. It doesn’t matter if you hit your numbers as a BDR, if the managers don’t know you or like someone else. You’re screwed on getting promoted. If you’re an AE and you’re not pacing welcome to PIP land. I had 5 managers over the course of a year, very high turnover in leadership and BDR/AE/AMO roles. I had a team of 12 and only 2 people hit quota consistently. Do not recommend. (also you can ask but they will never tell BDRs that if you don't have high enough quota attainment they just fire you, beware)
