Leaves it with an uncoachable Org that is not able to compete in a modern world. Glorified Ordertakers, absolute C-Players. For A-Players this is an easy one, but the earning potential and the accelerators are weak. Not a sales culture.

Corporate politics hell, bad leadership that has been laid off in massive waves recently, and no one is interested in fixing things. I saw people in every department i worked with getting getting completely screwed over or they were the ones doing the screwing.
