The company underpays reps who get promoted and pays higher salaries to new reps. Great culture, and obtainable commission structure.

It's a decent company but has gotten tougher to sell at with the market getting more and more commitized. The growth has slowed and the sales org is having trouble transitioning to the next phase of growth. Not many reps are hitting target as New logos are hard to come by.
