Leadership is non-existent right now. Product solution sets are years behind competitors. Pricing is an average of 60% more than competitors but products lack value to make up that delta. Pay structure is extremely confusing. Processes are terrible. High pressure sales

Middle management is great. But overall lack or organizational structure takes up your whole day between having to manage client issues, navigate internal resources, and acting as intermediary between client and support.

Used to be relevant...losing that very quickly. Have not adapted to changing landscape.
