Fun culture. Company is going through a transformation from a legacy 100+ year old company to a true SaaS company. It is painful at times, but there is a lot of upside potential!

While I over performed in 2023, the quota assessed for 2024 was unattainable and unreasonable on day 1. Notable mismatches between targeted growth areas and lack of sales compensation for the same grown areas.
