People are really committed and knowledgable about the retail and banking industries. Mid-mgmt is purely dials management, mindlessly pushing the next deal for the next week, quarter etc.

Leadership is non-existent right now. Product solution sets are years behind competitors. Pricing is an average of 60% more than competitors but products lack value to make up that delta. Pay structure is extremely confusing. Processes are terrible. High pressure sales

NCR VOYIX is a product suite. DI is a below average digital banking product, Terafina is a leading account opening product. Merging the cultures has been rough, and leadership is struggling.

Company will offer change of title promotions with little to no change in pay. Incentive structure for SE’s doesn’t incentivize the individuals at all.
