Former Employee3.7Oct 21, 2023Great place to work, had amazing training and access to career progression. Constantly promoted from within. Fantastic place to accelerate your career. Drawback was pay, always felt low compared to market average and lack of equity. Worth ignoring if you want to fast track your career though.

They also promote from within and there is no doubt you can grow here. That said it is also a highly driven culture and you have to be prepared to do the work.
