Worked at Mulesoft for 4 years. The company's GTM did not align with the broader Salesforce org (Salesforce was not as invested in Mulesoft. Didn't understand the value Mulesoft provided. As a result, we were battling to get into deals where we had a perfect product fit). Was laid off (not related to performance) after 4 years via email and did not receive a call or any communication from leadership. The writing is on the wall here. Unless there is a change in leadership and a better investment/ alignment with Salesforce I'm curious to see where this company goes.

Hired midway through Covid, laid off as Marc Benioff simply stated "we hired too many people" loved the work but my manager worked 16 hours a day, sending Slack messages and emails at 11pm and expected immediate responses...nothing I did was good enough...primarily because I wasn't an EXPERT with Google sheets...and did not have my back when trying to manage Sales...Read More
