This is a very demanding job that requires you to be a polished salesperson both internally and externally. You'll work long hours, be stressed, and have a lot of hard deadlines to meet. BUT, it's an extremely rewarding role when you put in enough effort. Overall, it's not a job for everyone, but it can be a great place to grow your career and make a lot of money at the same time.

Multiple product lines and solutions with individual Sales teams can be problematic when setting strategy and going to market. Upper leadership vision and approach is questionable

It was tough to get started due to lack of structure but this has changed. Focus has moved towards activity levels. Office is now 4 days a week. Good accounts to work on with the SFDC name.
