- Absolutely no investment in training/growth/development despite the product and sales cycles being incredibly complex. The extent of my training were some outdated e-learning modules.
- Not much diversity (both gender and race), within my vertical at least. The few minorities I knew have been forced out by PIP/Sevys
- Only way to hit quota is via upsells/cross-sells to existing MuleSoft customers meaning if you're given a patch with only a few custys you're screwed
- New business deals are difficult to find in Mid-Market
- Not much team bonding happens so if you're new and remote its really hard to leverage team members to help get you ramped. Very isolating Browse Other Reviews
