Overall experience was OK. The "net growth" compensation structure is quite unfair at times with large pay outs mostly due to being right place right time.

Pros: Best benefits I’ve seen at any company. Terrific PTO, stock plan, parental leave policies. Good incentive and bonus programs throughout the year. Cons: NRR comp structure is very demotivating. Poor leadership. Zero transparency. Too many hands in the pot. Larger targets and smaller territories every year has made it increasingly unattainable.
