Best benefits I’ve seen at any company. Terrific PTO, stock plan, parental leave policies. Good incentive and bonus programs throughout the year.
Cons:
NRR comp structure is very demotivating.
It is exceptionally difficult to meet target with poor customer success structure in place and pretty bad retention numbers. There is too much focus on winning new contracts and not enough people working to retain current customers. The RM/sales rep has to be prospecting, selling a ton, managing the day to day needs of the existing clients (“where’s my invoice?”/“Can you please set up training for all our new team members?”), and defending all existing contracts at all times. Surprise cancels/churn in your book can take you from having a blowout year to making very little commission. Growth targets for the organization are just too high (double digits every year) and lead to a stressed sales leadership and org. Browse Other Reviews
