Generally the experience is average. Moodys invests a lot in products and flagship solutions are seen as best in class in the industry. The real potential is when assigned to very large accounts, targets are very high and practically unachievable if you are assigned to small/mid market prospects

Pros: Best benefits I’ve seen at any company. Terrific PTO, stock plan, parental leave policies. Good incentive and bonus programs throughout the year. Cons: NRR comp structure is very demotivating.
