My overall experience has been great so far. It's hard for new employees to start off with no salary and being commission based. If you put your time into it you can easily make 200k+ a year

They give the new reps leads that have been passed down through their senior reps for at least 3 years prior to you touching them.

1099 position, bad culture. Have a good compensation plan for not having to purchase leads but the quality of the leads were below average 80% of the time. Management is not regulated enough.
