1099 position, bad culture. Have a good compensation plan for not having to purchase leads but the quality of the leads were below average 80% of the time. Management is not regulated enough. People in this industry and company take advantage of new agents to sign up family members to make a quick buck plus they make recruit bonuses just for getting you onboarded and a piece of business in your name.

Is it a Ponzi scheme? Potentially.... I guess it completely depnds on which organization you are under. Does suck being captive
