My overall experience has been great so far. It's hard for new employees to start off with no salary and being commission based. If you put your time into it you can easily make 200k+ a year

1099 position, bad culture. Have a good compensation plan for not having to purchase leads but the quality of the leads were below average 80% of the time. Management is not regulated enough. Is it a Ponzi scheme? Potentially.... I guess it completely depnds on which organization you are under. Does suck being captive
