Overall very good experience at MongoDB development wise. High quality trainings, 50% of discussions with management are focused around personal growth. The OTE is overall good but tends to decrease FY after FY and is not reevaluated along with economic trends as it is in more mature companies. Leadership is motivating but lots of frequent important changes are happening all the time so it takes you a lot of energy to always stay agile with those very frequent changes and reorganization.

MongoDB is far from the company it claims to be. The culture is toxic, and EQ leadership is sorely lacking. There's no meritocracy; it's all about who you know.
